About Me

My passion is in helping people live more fully as their true selves, and to be the parent, partner and person they most deeply wish to be. I give thanks every day for my own beautiful daughter, who challenges me and inspires me to continue to grow.

Experience

I completed my Master's Degree in Psychology in 2008, and completed an intensive post-graduate training program in Infant-Parent psychotherapy and early childhood development at UCSF in 2009. I have also provided crisis and long-term counseling with individuals in abusive relationships, have worked with foster children and teenagers in crisis, and provided home-visiting assessments for people with disabilities and the elderly with the City and County of San Francisco. I have completed the Postpartum Support International Certificate Training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and advanced training in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Perinatal Mood Disorders. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#89718) in the state of California and have Perinatal Mental Health Certification from Postpartum Support International.

I am continuously in awe of the parents I meet and would love to help you make this most evocative and profound transition a more joyous, fulfilling and connected one. You don't have to do this alone!
